I’ve been in need of a mental health day! You know, a day when you lie on the couch, watch your favorite movie and eat ice cream (soy ice cream in my case). As I don’t have time for a whole day, I’m just taking a few hours to relax, re-balance my thoughts and watch an episode of Game of Thrones. I think it’s really important to ensure you take time for yourself, it can be really difficult, life gets busy. It took me a very long time to not feel guilty for taking some precious alone time to just do nothing, I always feel like I should be doing something!! So today, I’m relaxing.
