Whale Watching

We went whale watching in Victoria B.C. Canada and we had the best time! We saw 9 different whales from 3 different pods all travelling together which is rather unusual. However, orcas have very changing habits and patterns so nothing is really unusual when it comes to them! The company we went with was Prince of Whales and they did an incredible job! We learnt a lot about all the different sea life, including lots I didn’t know about orcas. There are lots of protection laws that prevent ships and people from going to close to whales, but I had excellent zoom on my video camera and the photos were taken with a telephoto lens!
